"Patrick, the owner made the service call to my house in about 1/2 hour. I was alone, babysitting for my two grandchildren and very worried. I explained my problem, he told me what to look for (a water shut off valve) and asked if I could turn the water off. I told him I would try. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, and quite a gentleman, (despite being waterlogged) and I felt that he gave me all options for this future repair.

"The job to replace water heater was done well overall. They claimed that an additional plumbing job was mandatory and that they would not proceed without that. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it."

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."
