There was also a corroded section of galvanized pipe coming directly out of the old valve so I was worried about it potentially failing at an especially inconvenient time and being unprepared for future emergencies. <br /> Charlie and his assistant showed up as scheduled for their appointment and completed the replacement with an improved configuration.  <br /> Charlie offered some extra observations and pieces of information and advice not all directly related to the job and answered all my questions about the plumbing work. <br /> I was happy to be able to get this done through Charlie's as he was very pleasant to work with. <br />"

Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber. Great guy, great service and definitely a great price. *My husband was very impressed that he answered the phone himself."
