For approximately 2 months I had been trying to get an idea of what the problems were that had led to my soffits rotting out and detaching from their underlying structures. They did a great job at our place, replacing a very long seamless gutter, sealing several glass blocks in the roof, and correcting some masonry work as well (that they brought up as a potential issue in the future). "Tim replaced our fascia a couple of years ago, so I asked for another quote for full roof replacement and installing a bath vent in the roof. The quote was one of the lowest using a good quality shingle. I must of asked at the right time because we were able to schedule the roof replacment within the week. Tim was very patient as we went back and forth with shingle colors. The work went very smooth. Because of the pitch of the roof, it took a day longer than expected. The roof looks excellent. His team cleaned ok, there were some big pieces, but Tim helped clean the metal nails and staples on the final inspection. It was a very good experience."
