"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"Old world craftsmanshp is a word that comes to mind regarding his work and that of his crew.  Paul was completely professional and responsive to every question and detail. He was extremely careful to cleanup everyday and the crew always took off their shoes when walking through the house.  Never had to be asked..  
 This job involved gutting a master bath including the removal of a sunken tub and existing shower.  He installed marble floors and walls that had an intricate pattern and required extensive cutting.  Also installed new cabinets and vanity. The end result was nothing short of  amazing and exceeded out expectations.  This also included installation of a new toilet which was done correctly and we never had a problem (see other review).  
He was extremely cooperative and conformed to our schedule.  His crew was equally skilled and considerate.  
Paul referred me to some outside contractors (ex: shower door cos,)  whose bids were less than other big box contractors and worked perfectly.
It is really nice in this day and age to have a construction experience exceed wxpectations!
