"Gutter gators came out to repair 3 of my downspouts that my dog had ripped off my house while chasing chipmunks. The chipmunks would climb up my downspouts and my dog would chase them up the downspout and then proceed to rip them off while in pursuit of the chipmunks. Anyways, I contacted gutter gators and they came up with a solution the “rodent proof” my downspouts. They came out and promptly fixed the issue and I haven’t had an issue since. I’m very pleased with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone needing gutter or downspout work!"

"The team was very kind, professional and helpful to explain the different repairs that are required and what could be performed. It was a good experience and would recommend them to any of my friends, family, or neighbors needing gutter repairs to be done!"

"I really liked the workers. They spent a lot of time with me showing how the water flows and talked me into getting a bigger sized gutter. The bigger gutters make my house look nice, especially since I'm planning on selling it."

"A year or so ago we had Dennison install gutter topper on the front of our house. I works so well we had them come back and complete the house gutter. The installers were on time and did a great job. Highly recommend Dennison for your gutter needs."

"Shawn, the marketing manager, showed me all the details of the gutter guards. They are marine grade to withstand the weather. They were installed at an angle (usual practice) to enable the debris to slide or roll off the gutters. The gutter covers are screwed on and not glued on. They are also sculpted to give debris more airflow to wash off the gutter covers. All my questions were answered. The crew were very efficient and cleaned up the yard after themselves. "Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.
