"Russ Dal Bianco came to my home and provided me with an estimate. He explained everything his crew would be doing in detail. Now I received 3 others estimates from contractors off Angie's List. As was the case with this company, they also had the Superior Service Award distinction. Not only did Dal Bianco Roofing have the best price, but I wasn't charged for some extras the other companies wanted to charge me for. For deteriorated or rotted wood, the other companies were going to charge either a specified amount per foot or per sheet. Russ did not. 2 of the other 3 companies were going to charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Russ did not. Russ also took the initiative to install some new additional vents where needed. The biggest seller for me though was I forgot to tell Russ (prior to him giving me the estimate ) I was an Angie's List member so that I could receive the Angie's List discount. When I later called to inform him of this, he could have very well told me it was already included in the estimated price. He did not. He told me he would take it off when I made the payment. He did. That spoke to his character, and that was all that I needed. The roof looks great. Everything went perfect. The crew was punctual. They cleaned up everything when they finished. I have no complaints at all."

"I own a 13 year old home, and my roof issues began in Fall 2019 when I began to notice several leaks. I began to call local roofers, and had several come out, the leaks were repaired, but all of them suggested that my roof needed to be replaced and was nearing it’s useful life. When Spring 2020 rolled around, I began to search for a company that could replace my roof. While conducting my research, a friend referred me to a local home inspector to obtain his opinion on my roof (replace vs additional repairs). This inspector suggested I contact Dennison Exterior Solutions as they had a great reputation in the area, and he personally had good things to say about them. At about the same time, I began to research my options for a warranty claim on my shingles as they had been shedding granules since I moved into the house. When I began to look around on the Certainteed web site, I noticed that Dennison was listed as the top contractor in my area, so that reassured me I was on the right track. Early one morning, I called the office number for Dennison and left a voicemail message. At the end of the message, it provided an email address to contact Scott Dennison (Owner). I left a voicemail message and immediately sent an email to Scott. Literally within minutes of me sending Scott the email, I received a response from him. We exchanged a few emails and he advised that he would have his office contact me to schedule a visit/inspection. Later that day, Amy contacted me to arrange a visit. The initial visit was set up and as the appointment approached, I received a phone text message reminding me of the visit and asking me to acknowledge the appointment. "Juan C Upon finding a few shingles on the ground near my home caused by strong prevailing wind, I contacted Roger's Roofing. The estimating person Brogan, visited and thoroughly inspected my entire roof. Brogan reviewed his inspection and assisted in showing me the issues he discovered. He also recommended a roof replacement that would last much longer than a repair. He provided some samples of roofing materials. We discussed some options to serve my needs as well as some financing choices. In summary I am counting on and looking forward to having Roger's Roofing solve my roofing requirements."

"Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.
