"They did a great job patching. They are very honest and very fair. The thing that pleased me the most was the way they put the plastic chipping up and made a little tunnel that they work then so that they didn't get dust and didn't make a big mess that would be all over my kitchen. Instead, they made a little hallway for their work area. They hanged the plastic sheets down and they protected the rest of the room from the mess. They did it beautifully. We had several people commented on the job that they did. Overall, they did a beautiful job of repairing it. It was fairly a long crack that went across the ceiling in the kitchen and now you can not tell it was there. They installed heat vent in our attic which eliminated the problem so we will never have that problem again. They did an excellent job. They were polite, very professional, very clean, and timely. They humbled temselves very well. It was just comfortable having them in your home. The repair price was less than what we expected to."

They showed up when they said, did what they said, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.I can't say enough good about them! it took a few years for me to work up the courage to hire someone to take on this job and SO glad I found Mark. It turned out the damage was far worse than we thought. Turned out they had to even fix part of the roof which had a hole in it that we didn't know about. Mark replaced over half the floor all the way down to the dirt, literally. The wall was completely replaced and made to match in with the other walls. Part of the ceiling was replaced once the roof was repaired and you can't even tell anything was ever wrong. Once all done, he put down brand new flooring, painted the walls, put in a new door, new light cover and new electric covers. I can't believe this room is in my house! "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

They got me in between jobs. They were nice and flexible. They sent me an email but I do not do well with emails. They were friendly and timely. They got it done before winter.
