"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there. We extend our sincere thanks to the team at RetractableAwnings.com, and for those review sites that accept photographs, we include the following photo."

"It was a good experience. They made the first contact, you work out the estimate and then they kept in touch with you, let you know who was going to be coming out and when. It looks like they subcontract so this was fine because all the people that they sent were very nice, they were dependable, they came in, did their job and then they're on their way. If there was a problem, you could always call them back and there's one little guy went above and beyond. I mean when he fixed the roof, he fixed the roof. I got a leak by the chimney and from what they said it was just replacing 14 tiles or shingles and this guy stayed up there for about 6 hours. I kept telling myself what was he doing but when he came down, he told me, whoever put the cricket up there, they put it in wrong and I fixed it. He said it took me a while but maybe that's part of the reason why your chimney leaks. It was part of the reason and I had a suspicion it was more than but what he did, he did fixed a lot of the leaking so now I'll only get a leak at the rain comes down on an angle from a certain direction and he clued me in, he said it's probably be seeping into the bricks because when it started leaking again, 'cause when the first time it rains after he did it, I had no more coming in at all. It was strange because the water didn't come in right away, it was after about half an hour, an hour maybe of rain so that's what clued me in, I said the guy is right. I said it's seeping in somewhere through the bricks. So I used to go upstairs all the time checking leaks but this time I waited a while and went up there and sure enough, water was seeping in through the bricks. It wasn't completely a roof problem, he fixed the roof problem but the other part, there was nothing he could do because he couldn't go down the chimney. I'm gonna be calling them again soon to see if they can help me with the chimney problem. Their price was good and they did good work. They were honest, I couldn't get to them for a while and they told me right off which gave me the option of staying with them or getting someone else but I had dealt with them before so I stayed with them. Their punctuality was good too."
