I’m a proud mom of three who has always loved to build, fix, and create. My business was born from a passion for problem-solving and a drive to help my neighbors keep their homes in top shape. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, I don't just "get the job done"—I ensure every detail is right before I leave. Whether it’s a quick repair or a creative project, I bring a keen eye and a helpful spirit to every home I enter.\n

"It all went perfectly. I was given a 3 day window for pickup and then this was narrowed down the closer to the day to ship. Picked up a block from my house due to palm trees and delivered to my driveway 3 days later. I received a call the night before telling me the car would be delivered between 7 and 8 am. The car was delivered at 7:20am. The driver apologized because the car was dirty but I expected that. The car was in perfect shape. I also appreciated talking to Ely when I made the reservation and Ely kept me informed as we waited for the pickup day. Great people and Great Company!"

"I can’t recommend Derek highly enough. We have huge windows, some of which are over 20 feet high (40’ outside!). To make things even more difficult, they are older style double pane, meaning they have to come apart for cleaning. It is a really hard job. Derek brought another person to help on the higher windows, which were filthy!!!, and he got everything done beautifully and amazingly quickly. He is very nice, professional, punctual and reasonable. I will be hiring him again for fall cleaning after renovations inside are done."

"Perfection! We hired Jim to install a new tile floor in our bathroom and to install a larger window in our basement, requiring him to saw through our foundation(!) We found him to be very friendly, personable, receptive to our ideas (and he even improved on some with suggestions of his own!) Both jobs were completed within the time frame and budget he provided. Best of all, he is THEE cleanest and tidiest contractor we've ever had in our home! We'd return at the end of the day, and you'd never know he'd been in the house if it weren't for the obvious progress and the tarp neatly partitioning off his work area. When cutting tiles with a wet saw caused some water to spray on our daughter's car in the driveway, Jim washed the car before he left for the day:) Bottom line is we'd highly recommend Jim for any project. We've already asked about his availability for a few more projects we have on deck and are looking forward to working with him again. <br />"

"Contacted to do entire interior of 3 bedroom house. After looking at and checking schedule they were unable to do the job. We needed it done quickly and he was booked up for a bit. However he recommended another company and hired them in 2 days. Love the honesty and helpfulness. Thank you so much"

"Pros: Showed up same day, on time, to provide an estimate Cons: Ridiculous pricing, non-disclosed estimate fee, generic estimate that did not require a visit I had 3 items requested for service: (1) installing two new faucets I had already purchesed in my master bath vanity, (2)replacing a broken outdoor spigot and (3) adding a condensate pump to my ice machine. I offered to send detailed pictures of the repairs needed and the parts I purchased but the receptionist said they don't take pictures and they could send someone out within a couple of hours to take a look at items needing repair/replacement. After coming to my home on an unbearably hot day, the tech estimated $299 for each faucet and recommended an overly complex draining system to add the condensate pump to my ice machine. The total work for installing 3 replacement faucets would have cost $800-900. I told them not to bother to bid on the condensate pump. I did not know they charged for estimates and when I told the tech I was not interested in replacing 3 faucets for $900, he asked me to pay $99 for the estimate which I refused because it was not disclosed ahead of time. I ultimately decided to replace the condensate pump on my own, and called an independently licensed plumber at $75 an hour to do all three faucet/repairs for $225 total. I got the sense that the tech was really as salesperson who made commission on selling the most expensive repair they could get away with. Excessive charges like these for mundane repairs make maintaining a home unaffordable, particularly for the elderly trying to age in place and keep their homes. Farrell pricing may actually be in line with similar large entities in the area, but are not in line with reasonable costs for a homeowner in this area. If they were the only choice, I would have to be on Youtube to figure out how to do these repairs on my own. Thank goodness for independent plumbers."

"Dean was prompt in coming to give us an estimate to install cellar windows. He was very friendly and actually told us a window that we had was the incorrect size. We decided not to have the windows done at the time. When and if we do decide to have them installed we wouldn't hesitate to call Dean to do the work or any work for that matter."

"It went well, they did the work to our satisfaction.. I do think they would benefit by having their own generator for electricity. They use an air compressor to clear out the water lines but do not have their own electrical source. That must be provided by the customer. We did but had to buy a power generator to make the work happen. <br />"

"The salesman Jim Wing was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the specs on the sunroom. He was able to answer all of my technical questions and was very accommodating when it came to visiting our home and bringing samples. It was his professionalism and knowledge that helped us decide to hire this company. The workmen, from Dave the foreman to Joe and Vince who did the majority of the build, were skilled and friendly and answered any questions we had as the work progressed. Joe and Vince did exceptional, quality work and, in the bitterly cold and snowy conditions. Our 4 season room is great."
