The thing I appreciated most was that he was wiling to replace only the actual front door slab without a pre-built frame (unlike other contractors I talked to), which would have changed the entire configuration and look of the front porch entry. It was a custom door and he still had to cut it to fit with the sloped floor (this is normal for porches) but he made it work and I’m happy with it."

A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills.
