Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

From Angi's referrals, we called Full Swing Plumbing who arranged for Nick, one of their plumbers, to come to our house that same afternoon. Full Swing waived the dispatch fee. Nick used his endoscope camera to see the extent of the problem. (They had a coupon on their site which offered this one-time, free service.) After a couple hours, they were able to identify the problem, present a few solutions, as well as a final estimate before they left that day. We agreed on the approach and set a date for the following week. Nick and his co-worker were friendly, deeply knowledgeable, and hard-working. They communicated well, taking photos for us throughout the process. They cleaned up everywhere, completed the job in one day, and they kept to their price.
