They arrived precisely on time.  They were very polite and willingly did everything that we asked.  We had some containers so that the oil remaining in the tank could be reclaimed and we requested them to fill these containers.  I watched them work and they were very pleasant  and did not mind my observing.  They asked me if I wanted to keep any of the parts that they removed.  All the work was done efficiently and carefully.   They  left the work area very neat and clean when they finished.  The area at the front of the house where the fill and vent pipes  was completely  and neatly covered without any disruption of the landscaping.  We were very happy with the way the job was completed.

As you can imagine, the removal of Invasive Bamboo is not an easy task and most landscapers/contractors (I had 3 refuse to do the work) would not touch it, or provide an astronomical quote preventing any possibility to proceed. This was not the case w/ Damien of South Shore Excavation. He came in, assessed the project as a whole and provided an honest attainable quote to proceed. He was on site and stayed until the project was completed above satisfaction. His attention to detail and commitment was as if it was his own property. The re-grading and lawn preparation was meticulous as was the bringing in of clean loam with a compost mix. I would recommend South Shore Excavation to anyone."
