"It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested. <br /> <br /> We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."

All was explained and we agreed on installation of built in coated copper gutters that were formed to match the existing look of the home which was important to me. The work done by Jake, Conner and Tony Pedro was first rate. Communication was great as they worked around some challenges with the weather."
