"Tom always arrived when he said he would, and he was finished working when he said he would be. He suggested very nice 16and quot; tile with a beautiful accent strip for the shower surround. The shower has a nice tile bench with rounded corners that are not sharp to sit on.
In addition, we asked Tom if he knew anyone who could fix a bedroom door that would not close, and he said he could fix it himself. He took the door of its hinges, shaved off the top, and remounted it. He did not charge us anything for that, even when we offered to pay."

"Overall excellent work. Was an hour and a half late from scheduled appointment. But only took an hour and a half to do the work. Changed 2 shower heads (I purchased), installed a hot water drain hose, and replaced 2 spigots for me. On the pricey side. $730. With over $200 being in parts for the two spigots, the hose, and the copper for the new stem for one of the spigots. Dude does have 30 years of experience and is a licensed pro, so the price point isn't too surprising. Overal, I'm happy with the work done. "

"My water heater started leaking in the middle of the night and Gil with G3 Plumbing was able to come drain my water heater before anything was damaged. Then they removed and replaced with a new heater."

"After 3 days of trying to get my landlord to get someone out to unclog my drain. I explained my situation to Rock solid and how it?s been 3 days of nasty black water sitting in my tub and how I was unable to bath my daughter and self. Rock solid showed up at almost 10pm just to help me with the situation when everyone else was saying they?ll send someone out tomorrow. 10/10 recommend. friendly, Professional, and reliable."

"It was the best customer service I have found in years𠤩"

"Caleb was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and toilet. He did the job quickly at a very reasonable price. I will definately call him on all future plumbing needs!"

"You have to call them directly. They will not contact you first. The install was great and the equipment was top quality."

"Great Customer service. He explained what the problem was and had the new part with him. It was fixed in no time. No more leaking toilet! Great personality. Enjoyed talking with him. Would recommend him for your plumbing needs."

"Took care of all needs efficiently."

"had extreme water leak from outside water line that went partially under the driveway. plumber came extremely fast from another job, ahead of schedule. upon arrival he spent a few minutes digging to find the source of the leak and did so quickly. he provided an estimate that was very fair. as part of the repair he had to do more digging and also had to remove a portion of the driveway. his work was highly professional and complete. will continue to use them for plumbing needs in the future."
