"Our back and side yard had become a swamp and Nathan and the guys at the Drainage Team fixed all our problems.  They were very professional, had wonderful ideas and fixed our problems.  When the utilities came out to mark where all the lines were buried I was sure one was going to get cut by the small backhoe they had to bring in to dig the trench for the piping. I just couldn't imagine how they could navigate them, but they did.  I was thrilled.  A portion of our old (very old) fence had to be removed for them to do the work and when it was reinstalled there was a little more gap at the bottom of where the fence went up a hill.  We have a small dog and the guys took some old pavers and installed them all the way up the hill so our dog would not be able to escape. They reseeded the area of our yard that had been torn up and it looks better than any of the rest of our yard.  We've had no flooding or pooling since.  The system is working as they intended.  Our side yard actually dries out now and is no longer a swap.  They also added on pouring us a concrete pad for a shed we wanted to put in our backyard.  We'd intended to do this ourselves, but given the time of year and our busy schedule we didn't think we'd have time.  Nathan was great, looked at the shed and gave us options as to what type of base we could put in.  We decided concrete was the best option and they worked it into their timeframe of the project for a reasonable price.  Everything came out great and we were very impressed by their work.  I will definitely use them again if we ever had any further issues."

"They were fine. They would give you an honest price upfront and they would deliver for the price they advertise. Their price is very good. We had a big rainstorm after their work and I got some erosion. I expect they'll come back and fix it. They were very responsive. Everybody in town was fully booked and they were able to come do the work when I needed it done."

"Absolute Clean's Paul was out very quickly and gave me a reasonable quote on two separate jobs, vent work and concrete work.  Paul was very accommodating with scheduling and I got my ideal day and time.  Paul completed the vent work himself, and did a fantastic job!  Top professional work!  The dryer is quieter, faster, and I feel safer in my home by not using the old accordion-style flexi-hose.  The concrete pad extension took two days, a few hours the first day for set-up, then dry-time overnight, and back the next day to clean-up and move the washer and dryer back.  The concrete workers did a fair job; however they did leave the step portion directly in-front of the washer a little rougher than I would have expected.  Overall, a good job and I'm happy with the results, however I did have to drop the quality down one grade due solely to a portion of the concrete finish noted above.  Vent work by Paul was outstanding!

"Perma Jack of St Louis did a wonderful job waterproofing my basement. For years I struggled with the cleanup year after year, it only got worse. I had gotten 3 estimates from other companies but The Perma Jack system made the most sense and was the most affordable. I’m a single mother helping to put my son through school so my budget was limited. The Perma Jack system allowed me to waterproof my entire basement when the other companies wanted more money to only include half of the basement. We didn’t need to remove the drywall like the other estimates called for which added to the savings. The workers were very cordial and answered my questions along the way. Everyone I had contact with from the office staff, the system design specialist and the workers were very accommodating. I made the mistake of calling the office after hours and much to my surprise the owner Chris answered the phone, that was a WOW moment for me! "Job went perfect. I was approved for financing the day I called. When the contractor came out for the bid, he made a materials and labor suggestion based on our needs. The original estimate of 9k worth of unnecessary privacy fencing, that I could not afford, went down to 2.5k of sturdy chain link providing a safe play space for our rescue dog. The contractor said they are more interested in helping customers out than making large sales. The fence is very professional. It is even wired into the ground so our dog cannot dig under it. The city inspector said it was a "perfect" construction job. Finished in under 8 hours. Roughly 100 feet of chain link, posts, concrete, plus gate. High quality materials and the yard was spotless when the job was finished. Very trustworthy. I feel strongly that I got what I paid for. Peace of mind that my dog, a known short fence jumper, is safe as well as my yard and padlocked gate. The most important part, is that my dog LOVES the freedom of having a large yard to run freely in."
