"Wow! Rooter Pro Plumbing 𠪠 is absolutely unprecedented in service in quality! I am amazed at how quickly the phone was answered and how unbelievable sweet and professional the dispatch staff is!! They quickly made adjustments to their schedule to get an emergency crew out to provide relief. The sewer main line was blocked completely, and the images and video Jay and his crew presented to me as a homeowner was very reassuring that this was in fact the cause of the total main failure. Nothing in the house would drain, but blessings to Rooter Pro Plumbing for making this plumbing work again 𠤣 !! Rooter Pro Plumbing provided me an excellent warranty to assure me of their workmanship and craftsmanship. "After an team of fiber-optic guys digging out by the street hit a gas main the Gas company send a team to fix the break, and then the Gas Co. supervisor had to go up & down the block to re-light pilot lights and check for leaks in my neighbors and my houses. Since it was my yard that had been where the break occurred I was the last house he had to check. He found a leak registering in the meter, but he could not find any leaks in the plumbing under the house. To be sure it wasn't a bad meter he installed a brand new meter and checked it all again under the house. It still registered on the meter, but it was so small he couldn't find it. He shut off the gas at the meter and said I needed to get a plumber to come out and test the plumbing on my side of the meter with pressure. Next morning first thing I called Your Professional Plumber after a reference from Home Advisor and came within an hour. They ended-up coming out twice to check the lines. The first time they couldn't find the leak (too small) without using pressure, but the unsuccessful detection still cost me $269.. Tech came back couple of days later and used air compressor to pressurize the line, found miniscule leaks in 3 old valves (probably installed when house was built circa 1939). He quoted me the price for the pressurized detection fee and for the replacement of the valves (about $1300) which I agreed to by signing the work-order, then he replaced the valves. Also found that one of my c. 1939 floor furnaces had small leak but it was inside the furnace so was a job for a HVAC tech., but as it is early summer I have several months before I need that repaired (probably have to replace it given its 82 year old age). The tech re-lit all pilot lights to all gas appliances currently in use (3). At this point he reduced the price by subtracting the first days' trip charge. I wrote The Professional Plumber a 2nd check for the final charge ($1,009 dollars). The total time the tech was here working was perhaps 8 hours (both days) plus the cost of the 3 replacement gas valves. Technician was very personable and explained details all the way through the process â I would trust him to do work for me again."

"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"Fine, then they said I need the "greasetrap" cleaned out. That was an additional $300.00. This is a pattern that many of these companies follow. Wasn't the first time, won't be the last. Next house I buy will be on sewer so I won't have to deal with septic companies or system issues again."

"This house was vacant and the sewer backed up into it. Fulton Co. water and sewer, as well as others, couldn't find the sewer clean out due to clippings thrown over the fence from a neighbor. I called Blue Frog who setup an appointment at my convenience to get into town since I live out of state and they found the clean out within minutes! They also viewed the whole sewer line using a camera which showed no damage in the sewer line. The fix to prevent this from happening in the future was to install a back flow which they did after I had to go back home. They sent me a video of the work so I could see it completed and working. Otherwise, once everything is closed up you wouldn't know... that's integrity."

"I am very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of this company. I called them to make numerous repairs (listed below) that found during inspection of my new home. The repairman, Jeremy, was very respectful and efficient. Based on research, I believe the company's prices are reasonable, and I'm not looking to go bargain-basement on electrical repairs. I want quality. In about 2-3 hours, Jeremy (with the assistance of a colleague he called in once it was clear there was more work to do), made the following repairs for $1,154: 1) repaired defective GFCI; 2) repaired two sets of spliced wires and added two junction boxes; 3) repaired plastic couplings at the connections between the electric utility wire and the house main wire; 4) added connectors to all unsecured wiring in my electrical panel and labeled breakers; 5) and identified and repaired a "double-tap" wiring situation in my kitchen. Furthermore, Jeremy suggested a more cost-effective way to fix my dryer situation: recording (~$150) vs. changing the outlet (~$600). Luckily, once my dryer arrived it turned out it was three-prong and thus fit the old-style outlet so I didn't need to do either. But I still appreciated his honesty about my options. I would definitely call TE Certified Electricians again — particularly since they sent me a "5% off for life" coupon after this service."

"I checked on Angieslist map feature for a plumber that was close to our home and not a large plumbing service.  I own a small business and believe in supporting small businesses.  I found Keep Smiling and saw their review were very good.  I called yesterday and they were able to fit us in today.  They were extremely professional father and daughter team.  They not only did a great job my wife loved the fact they cleaned up everything and explained the problems we had with our old toilets.  

My wife loves the fact that there is a female Master plumber that she can call and not worry about her safety etc.  

Overall, an excellent experience and would highly recommend."
