"Great experience from the get-go. Owner Bill did estimate himself; was a straight shooter with much experience. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Office staff Amberly, Tara & Jennifer were quick to respond to my emails & calls. Onsite workers Mike, Al, Brandon & "Mellow" were attentive to my needs/requests and worked their butts off hand-digging ditches in my rocky ground with few breaks. No more puddles in my garage and gutter water is now draining many feet from my house. This is the only local company that I could find who worked with downspout drainage issues. Great job all! "Ehhh. Most of the job they completed seems fine. We have not had any major issues yet. There is still one smaller issue they have yet to resolve. I reached out and the owner said he would let us know when they could send someone but it has been several weeks now and we have not heard from them. The biggest issue has been communication, which is awful! When we initially met with with owner, he seemed great. He was down to earth and explained things well. After they started there was zero communication. We had no idea what was going on. Suddenly they stopped coming. They did not tell us they were done or explain anything about the new sump pump they installed. We were avoiding parts of the house they had closed off and we were keeping our animals locked in rooms for a few days without them showing. I had to call the owner to find out what happened. The workers also somehow got access to my garage through a code which we had never used and did not know. I personally saw someone get into my house that way instead using the front door. When I asked the owner about it, he basically called me a liar. So again although the job seems fine, the experience was not a good one. I would not use them again."

"Shawn Kozlowski and his crew were amazingly efficient. They completed the job in three days although I had been informed that it would take a week. The job included Installation of foundation wall supports (carbon strapping) and a complete foundation drainage system that includes two sump pumps. Although the work included a great deal of concrete removal using jackhammers, digging, and finally replacing the concrete, everything was done very well. I cannot emphasize enough how clean they left my home and especially my finished basement! Thank you Aquaguard and special thanks to Shawn and his crew! -Tom"

"Scheduling was difficult. Once the guys came out they completed the work quickly and cleaned up behind them. Problem was they vented the drain pipe outside the house in both instances and left directly out in the driveway without tapping into the mains. When the cold whether set in a few months later all the water being vented out tuned to ice, making it dangerous for people to walk across the sheets of ice. I reached out to the owner in the Spring of this year explaining the issue with pictures and he promised he would have somebody out there to fix/resolve. He asked for a little time because it was early spring. It has been 5 months since then and the issue has still not been addressed. There was also no response to the most recent reminder via Angie’s List."
