"Saturday, July 30, 2022 H&R Waterproofing Review Sump pump & French drain How about very HONEST, dependable, reputable and even adaptable! First of all, Eric and Charles, owners, both do estimates and they came on time, with Caleb. They said the both of them go to all jobs. When getting the french drain started, they noticed water leaking from another of those cheap copper pipes. They told us then that we would not need the sump pump system. Then they said they would try and repair the pipe. How many companies would really do these things? They said our water problem should be resolved, but if not to call them. We would certainly do that and we highly recommend them. Also, their pump system is definitely less costly than some others. Tom and Florence Mack Kennedy Township"

"Bob Cummings and his crew replaced my gas line. Cummings GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE and began the work immediately. He and his crew were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and followed up after the installation to make sure that I was happy with their work. I cannot recommend them enough for any type of plumbing, gas line, etc. repairs. They are the best and offer the best price !"

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits. \nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally. \nRed Carpet Treatment \nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Waterproofing of basement with sump pump"

"Had all the supplies in stock, no waiting for them to order piers. Actually had done this serious foundation repair in their history"

"We hired Anthony to perform a bathroom and basement remodel. I can't say enough about how pleased we are in every aspect of Anthony and Mark's work, cost and professionalism. The communication and reliability was always timely, thorough and just excellent, which are things that lack in a lot of contractors we have dealt with in the past. Although we had many challenges during the job, Anthony handled them all with flexibility. It was a true collaboration from beginning to end. Not only was he easy to deal with, but the work was done way above our expectations with a focus on attention to detail. He also made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of every day, even if I said not to worry about it. Overall, these guys went the extra mile and made a difficult job enjoyable for us. We will be coming back to A&J for any plumbing or remodeling needs in the future."

"Buzz responded very quickly and came out that day, replaced the tank on our pump. Had an issue with a leak due to threads on connector; Buzz came out promptly and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend him for this type of service."

"The technician quickly determined that the pump wasn't working and replaced it."

"In Conclusion,
the service was on time, professional, complete, and well done. Tom was on time within 15 minutes (which is acceptable to me). He began work without wasting time, while explaining what he was doing at every step. He gave tips when appropriate. He was professional and had all necessary equipement on his person.
I would recommend this service.
In addition, for an additional $100.00, Homepro will return to make sure that the seller has completed the necessary repairs prior to closing. This feature is useful if you do not trust the seller or selling agent. We did not elect this service, but, it was nice to know that it was available.

"I choose the "safe track" sump pump system to tackle the efflorescence on my basement walls. Didn't know water could build up in concrete blocks and deteriorate a foundation wall. The system is doing its job, though it is an eye sore. Trying to figure out how to build around it, but still leaving access to sump pump, is a tough task."
