"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

What stands out about them is that they were prompt. They were good at responding to any correspondence or any questions I had. They were prompt about that. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They started their job. We had weather problems so they have to kind of not do something for a couple of days, but the minute that ended and it was safe to start painting, they were right back on the job. They were pretty good about their clean up, and everything was really good. It was a really good price too."
