"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. "Absolutely flawless. William and Jose are amazing workhorses and are true craftsmen in their field. Their professionalism and attention to detail are evident in the completed project. Rob was also very instrumental in the success of this endeavor, overseeing the project and keeping needed inventory supplied so work could progress smoothly. "I did all of the research on how the best roofers rebuild roofs in Phoenix to stand up to the temperature extremes that the valley experiences.  We had a 20 year old tile roof that had a few leaks and also a new patio addition that was being built.  I called eight five-star roofers based upon AL reviews and the information on their websites.  Two never returned a bid with their estimates, and two bid based upon reusing the old metal work and replacing a very small number of broken tiles, which could lead to significant up charges by the time the job was done.  They also were going to re-roof over the old paper, meaning that there would be no inspection of the wood decking.  Of the remaining three, only Express Roofing provided a detailed bid spelling out everything that they would do and had a better warranty than all of the others.  The other roofers excluded items such a sealants from their warranty.  Express was the mid range bid (bids ranged from $15,600 to $25,500) and had no problem working with the contractor's schedule that was framing out the new patio addition.  The quality and attention to detail was worth the price.
When the framing was completed and approved by the building inspector, Express quickly scheduled a crew and went to work. They showed up early every morning and worked all day in 100+ degree heat.  What impressed me was that they payed attention to the smallest of details, like completely covering and uncovering our pool every day, covering the plants and shrubs to keep the dust and debris off of them, and even sweeping for dropped nails with a magnetic sweeper.  They also use some techniques unique to Express to protect your roof like adding an extra rubber membrane in the valleys and using clips rather than nailing through the valley metal.  The six day job included touch up painting and painting all of the new metal work to match the existing paint or the roof tile itself.  All of the wood damaged from leaks (there were about a dozen and most were not even known about...yet) was replaced with new.  They even blow off all of the dust from the tile cutting so that you are left with clean roof for that first rain storm.  And as this process goes on, Rene will email you pictures of the work and what they find.  Simply amazing attention to detail!
My roof tiles and ridge tiles are now all straight and even and the roof looks beautiful.  I highly recommend Express Roofing.

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

"By the time I had enough time to speak with Gary regarding my new kitchen, I decided I would be doing the work myself.  He could have easily told me to have a nice day and hang up the phone.  Instead he gave me detailed advice about a concern I had with part of the kitchen electrical work.  He also gave me referrals for the best places to get my materials.  There will be a day when I am too busy or lazy to complete a home project myself.  When that day comes, I won't need to search because I am going straight to Gary.
