"We had the pleasure working with Chris and the DPS team on our pool and spa build. This was our first pool build so we were hesitant on choosing materials and the layout. "Had an initial fair experience with the company. They were able to get us in quickly for an install for a new build home. Got a couple estimates and decided on this company given a coworker used them for a prior project and they happened to be in my neighborhood. The issues started happening after the major storms. Areas underneath the pavers started sinking resulting in the pathway of pavers collapsing. They dug a trench for an irrigation system leading to the backyard and I suspect it wasn't properly compacted leading to the premature errosion and collapsing of the pavers. I spent over 40k+ on this project and have been very gracious on getting the issue resolved before posting this review. I've made, 8 different attempts over the span of over 2 months to get this inspected/repaired. At first I'd get a promising message saying they'd get someone out right away, then wouldn't hear anything for days. Now I can't even get a response back."
