"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The Service tech was efficient and qualified to do the job. He did his job in an hour explained everything he needed and would do and the cost. With that said I will not hire this company again. Their charges are not appropriate for the time spent at site. They charge by the job not the hour which they explained but I needed the job done immediately so I had them complete the work. My job was simple enough to be completed in an hour and the cost was over $250. I will not recommend them to anyone. They did explain that if they just had to change the lightbulb that the charge would be different. I would not try it just find out or suggest anyone do try it. These charges might work for some people, but not someone in my tax bracket."

"Great service. Professional. Matt is really nice and follows through on his word."

"Cierra came out and she was very polite and courteous. She did a great job especially on my kitchen. I am disabled and am unable to climb. She got the tops of my cabinets clean and shining like new. When she was finished my house was sparkling clean. I hope to use there services again and I will ask for her by name."

"Caden arrived on time, professional and got everything completed quickly. I would not only recommend him, but use his services again."

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."

"We had one company say it would be a more expensive repair.  Brevard Washer and Dryer were honest.  They replaced one little part.  We were pleased and satisfied with their service.  They were great and very reasonable.  We found them trustworthy.  Our dryer has been working ever since."
