"The installer did such a great job on my floors! The carpet and the tile look wonderful, and the transitions between them are perfect. The owner was easy to work with and get a hold of, and made everything easy and convenient for me. It is a local business, so it was much more personable and the price was great- beat all of the other quotes I got. "The owner of this store was wonderful to work with.  I went to the Floor Store, Inc. after a disasterous encounter with Kelleher Carpeting in Dunmore.  After postponing for almost a month - as outdoor installation weather diminished - and dropped them and wen the the Floor Store because it was so close to me.  It is a very small business and the owner was VERY pleased to see me (a customer) - the way businesses should be.  We picked out the carpet & he was on the phone ordering it as I left.  When it came in, we ended up having to wait a little more because of weather, but on Friday the 21, it warmed up just enough to get it done!  Two men showed up and had it done in no time!  It looks fabulous.  Between the Floor Store and Vitucci's Lawn Care my house will look great all winter!"
