"When our AC system needed to be replaced Jon gave us an estimate and began work as soon as possible. We were out of town and our adult son was there to allow Jon and his crew to complete the work. Jon kept us informed every step of the way. We also had the upstairs duct work replaced which need to be replaced. When we returned home the completed work was well done as we expected. A few days before we arrived home the downstairs AC stopped working which Jon had installed. First chance he got came over and resolved the problem. Now that's how a family works together. "They sent tag team to convince me I had sewage flooding underneath my house requiring $2k of work. I watched closely and crawled in hole they dug myself. There was no flooding nor sewage backed up. I had to pay half up front and refused to pay second half. They finally agreed with my analysis but I still haven't been reimbursed at least partially. I will never do business with them again for any type repairs."
