"EXCELLENT!!! Ochoa's sales rep was but 1 of two 2 of the 6 fence companies I called for a quote who actually responded. Rep Bryan showed up on time, provided a quote on the spot and returned later to quote on adjoining neighbors fence. When asked, he quoted a start date and length of time to complete.On the due date his crew showed up on time as promised, worked a full day tearing down old fences from both yards and setting posts in concrete, returning the second day to complete the fencing job, but returned the third day to replace a short driveway gate and fence, completing the job in the 2-1/2 days promised.
In addition to the work ethic, professionalism and congeniality of the crew the quality of the fence and the job they did is superior.
To be quite frank, when the crew first showed up I was a little uneasy that there wasn't a "supervisor" with them at least to be certain that they were in the right yard, knew where to start etc.,(since there were 2 yards involved), but was put at ease when the supervisor was himself one of the workers and he obviously didn't need someone standing over him telling what to do! There were no slackers in this crew. Except a lunch break these men worked non-stop, for 2+ days.
