"First of all, I thought I would have to wait days for service, but they came out first thing the next day. After carefully removing the trim and evaluating the damage, the crew went out for materials before starting repairs. Not only was the jamb split but part of frame was damage as well. They removed and replaced both damaged jamb and frame without damaging sheet rock. They could not find matching trim so they cleaned up the original and reattached and carefully caulked. We Well done and fairly quick. They cleaned up well and took debris with them."

"John Lyone was easy to work with. Attentive, honest and efficient in his answers. Julio, my man helping to plan and manage the work was awsome. He had lot of knowledge and found solutions to any obsticles as the work progressed. He went above and beyond. Communication was very easy. I am very happy with completion of my project of installing AC/minisplit, drain / water to run faucet, garbage disposal, electricals, gas stove, hood through roof, cooktop, cabinet for enclosed outdoor kitchen. "We had a home addition and remodel project and used Home Advisor and other outlets to find ISC Construction Services. We did get multiple bids from other companies but ultimately we selected ISC and Isaac Saldana to complete our project because he was honest, upfront, friendly and the price was reasonable. From the beginning, Isaac and his team were responsive, thorough and reasonable in dealing with our multitude of questions and concerns. He also was prompt in getting back to us to keep us informed and getting the job done. All projects of this magnitude will have delays and issues that come up. Count on it. That is why it is important that consumers take that in consideration for planning and etc. But working with Isaac and ISC Construction, they made it as comfortable and seamless as possible when dealing with change and delays and issues. The quality of work was great and met our objectives. Again, if we saw something that didn't quite look right or whatever, Isaac would quickly address our concerns to fix the issue or explain why they had to do something different. I will say that the home owners need to be engaged and ask questions with the contractors to make sure you get what you want. Even the best contractors need the home owners engagement to get what you want. From a budget standpoint ISC Construction was reasonable. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We felt confident with the budget for the project and knowing that our financing type limited our options for any increase in costs Isaac worked hard to get as much done as possible with our budget. In terms of schedule for getting the job done we definitely went over schedule past the original planned schedule but with this type of project I would say it is unavoidable sometimes. We did have weather as an obstacle, which you can't plan for and did hit a small delay at the beginning do to having to move some utilities out of our addition. But again, Isaac kept us informed and tried to keep it on track as best possible. The important thing was that he kept us informed. Overall, we had a great experience working with ISC Construction Services and Isaac. We would recommend him for any major Home renovation or addition project not to mention new home builds to others."
