Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Job well done and same day service too. Cliff not only cleared the sewer line of invading tree roots, but found a break in a connecting line coming from the Utility Room. Gave me an estimate of $2500 to repair which is line with the cost of another plumbing company that was used by my insurance company to repair a previous leak under the slab in that room. A very fair, skilled and honest man. Highly recommend!"

"They showed up as scheduled and replaced the entire spigot assembly. My only concern is that the water had not completely quit dripping out the spigot after the water was shut off at the street. This meant some amount of water was definitely dripping inside the wall of the house between the time the old spigot came out and the new one went in. He was fast with the switch, but it would have been better to wait a while longer until there was no water dripping before making the switch. Installation of the new spigot solved the reason for the service, so I am satisfied with that."
