We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"After a "High Ball" bid from another plumbing company for a main sewer pipe replacement due to a permanent clog, I was fortunate enough to make contact with Francisco, who offered to come to my home that afternoon for a free second opinion. I was impressed by his sincerity and apparent honesty and immediately accepted his proposal at much less than half the "High Ball" quote. We in desperate measures due to not being able to use our sewer to wash,clothes,bathe, toilet, etc. Francisco had a crew on-job early the next morning, and we were free to use our water, etc. in less than 48 hours from the time of the estimate. Gave me an estimate of $2500 to repair which is line with the cost of another plumbing company that was used by my insurance company to repair a previous leak under the slab in that room.
