"Their roof repair services go beyond any industry standards. Having to deal with many contractors, we as property management company have found peace of mind when it comes to such services. Ari and Elijah is exceptional and efficient. They have helped several times to fix many of roof leaks in the building we manage. We always thank their hard work."

"Ampro Builders LLc New Roof for customers Alan and Theresa Heim Roof Project began third week of September 2017. We just had our new roof completed by Ampro Builders and thought it was important to share our experience and our overall satisfaction level with the company in writing a review regarding dealing with it’s employees and most importantly the new roof itself. The project took approximately one week (7 days) to complete which we thought was fast considering the 4500 square feet and 10-12 pitch they had to contend with (see attached photo). We selected Ampro Builders over 3 other serious contenders after meeting with Manager representative Leo Redford. We liked his no nonsense style and level of knowledge and confidence in explaining exactly what we would be getting based on what we expressed we wanted in a new roof. Throughout the process, Leo was supportive (always almost immediately responded any time I texted or called him with a question) and continuously connected with me and the crew doing the work. The crew led by Jesus were nice, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves after every work day. They protected our shrubs and home siding without incident and left our yard and home exterior looking as good as it did when they first arrived. Some other examples of what we were impressed most with: 1. One of our window screens did get torn by a shingle (only about a four inch tear of the fabric) and Leo took both that screen and two others that were not torn but looked a bit worn with him and repaired the torn screen and replaced the fabric on the other two even though the crew did not damage it. 2. The contract refuse container driver accidently hit my basketball hoop bending the backboard. The driver quickly apologized for doing so and Leo worked with the company to replace the hoop with a new one that I should receive any day. 3. The working crew noticed how incorrectly the original roofers nailed the plywood in place and took the time to redo the nailing so the boards were nice and flat to place the shingles on. I expect to be impressed with the opening presentation from the company sales rep but my positive impression continued all the way through to completion. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the roof. We believe we have an outstanding roof, using outstanding materials, at a very good price with includes one of the best warranties on the market and will be the envy of our neighbors when they see it. I would welcome anyone to email or text me (2069390757) if you have any questions regarding my review. Take a look at the picture which I think speaks for itself but every aspect of the job was great from start to finish and believe me I have had plenty of stinker companies and employees to deal with over the years and with Ampro Builders I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend them to anyone, particularly if you need a new roof."

"Scott and Leo came out and discussed expectations of our project, offering suggestions as we progressed through the inspection. A few days later we were presented with a workorder (contract) that seemed a bit vague but we were assured that our needs would be met and a date was set to begin, weather permitting. A workorder was emailed with some changes we had requested. The roofing crew showed up on the appointed day but seemed disorganized and unsure of what was to take place. We were disappointed that Scott or Leo was not there to initiate the project and to provide us with confidence that such a big undertaking was under control. It was also drizzling that day and I was informed the crew was leaving before much of anything was started. We received apologies from both Scott and Leo for not being there at the onset and they explained the weather concerns. The next day the crew showed up with Scott and Leo who manned the project from that point on and were in constant contact with us. Some unforeseen damages became evident as the shingles and chimney were removed, primarily due to the previous shingles being put on over the plywood with no underlayment. Several other issues arose as the project continued but were substantiated with thorough explanations and we were given the option to do it cheaply or do it correctly. We sincerely appreciate the quality of workmanship and the work ethic of the crew. Though Ampro did not have the polish of some other roofing sales personnel from which we received estimates, we feel we have an excellent and most definitely a properly installed roof. We would recommend Ampro."

"Jeremy and Mary Ann promised me that the work they would deliver on my brand-new kitchen would be fast and of high quality. They exceeded my expectations for both. In mid-September I called Mary Ann with a tight timeline -- I wanted all work done with a usable new kitchen by Thanksgiving. After an initial walk-through and some material selection, Jeremy was ready to go to work on demo at the beginning of October and, as promised, had a fully-functional new kitchen ready by Thanksgiving in mid-November, complete with new cabinets, floors, backsplash, and appliances. In terms of design, Mary Ann was very responsive and helpful in getting cabinets, tile, and counter tops selected. I knew what I wanted and preferred to drive the selection of materials myself, but Mary Ann was great to bounce ideas off of and offer a second set of eyes to make sure the entire design was cohesive. Mary Ann and Jeremy only work with high-quality suppliers for items like cabinets, tile, and plumbing, which made me feel confident that the final product would also be high quality. In terms of build-out, Jeremy worked effectively despite some tricky logistics. I am on the first floor of a condo building that has strict HOA rules about remodeling work and security. Jeremy put extra care to ensure that he worked within the bounds of the HOA rules while also having a good regard for the cleanliness and security of my condo (not something you can say for most contractors). In terms of quality -- Jeremy does stunning work. Whether it was re-framing my ceiling soffit or installing the new cooktop, he didn't miss a detail. I'm a very detail-oriented person and notice things like the cooktop not being sealed or the wall not being exactly squared off, and I was impressed by the craftsmanship with which Jeremy worked. The final product is a kitchen that's as functional and reliable as it is beautiful. If I had one critique, it would be that after the majority of the work was done for Thanksgiving, things slowed down a lot. It took until the end of January to have my keys back in hand and everything settled, but I can't blame Jeremy or Mary Ann for that -- they were relying on a contractor to do the electrical work, and the electrician wasn't very cooperative. Jeremy made an extra effort to have the kitchen be usable and appear complete from Thanksgiving onward, despite lacking a few finishing touches. Seattle Paint & Design also isn't the cheapest option out there, but they bill honestly and fairly. Mary Ann and Jeremy provided a good estimate before the project began, and Jeremy bills per hour of work then shares his time table with you on the bill. Jeremy also sends the bills for materials and contracted work directly to you so that you know he's not tacking on extra fees. I personally am glad to pay a bit more to have the quality and responsiveness you get with Seattle Paint & Design versus what I'm used to with most contractors out there. All-in-all, I had a wonderful experience working with Seattle Paint and Design and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel. I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again myself sometime down the road."

"All A's indeed! It took us a year-and-a-half to decide to re-floor our basement guest room; it took Denis and his team less than a week to do the job. <br /> Even when he encountered an unforeseen challenge with our 85-year-old house on Candy Cane Lane, he was undaunted. <br /> Denis and Corvus Construction are exceptionally professional, responsive and respectful of clients' time and space. We absolutely will retain him for our next project! <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Seahurst, WA

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
