"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"PDK Construction was very professional from start to finish on my project. They communicated promptly and clearly and followed through on all of their commitments. I will hire again when I need home service the next time."

"Side-Pro, what a class act! My husband and I discovered the company at the SEA Home show in Feb 2020. They had serval booths in the show and all representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. They shared information and answered questions, never did we feel pressured, plus they had a great magnet clip give away ?. After the show, I called the Side-Pro office to ask few questions. I was fortunate and was referred to Russ De Arment, the sales manager. Russ was able to answer my questions over the phone to my satisfaction and was even able to come out the same day to do a walk through and give an estimate. Russ truly presents himself as a contracting professional. He is honest and presents facts, not what you might want to hear to get your business. I had a siding question on my son’s new construction house and Russ even went to his house to look for me and wrote up a suggest list of repairs for my son. He did this kind gesture without being compensated. The installers were fantastic and treated my house like it was their own. They were respectful on my property and left it in better shape than when they arrived, this was especially important to the field supervisor Duane. As with any project, there are always follow up items. I found one small item and within a day of me notifying Russ, he sent Duane, another amazing team member, who not only took care of the punch list item, he even fixed something for me that wasn’t even siding related! Finally, the painting supervisor, Mo, this is sounding redundant, but another amazing Side-Pro team member. Once again, knowledgeable, reliable, and fun to work with. In SEA, rain is an outdoor painter’s worst enemy. Mo did a great job of communicating schedule changes immediately and always responded to my emails quickly. Like the siders, the painters were professional and did a great job. I have had my house painted three times in 20 years, and by far, this two-man crew was quick, efficient and did quality work. I have a 4500, three story house and they completed the work in less than 4 days. In summary, I got three bids, Side-Pro was the least expensive by a few hundred, but that is not why I went with them. It was their professionalism and responsiveness that helped make my decision to use them and I am so happy I did!"

"Perdue did an excellent job with our home siding project. Our job lead, Mike, did a wonderful job walking us through the process and providing constructive feedback and guidance to get us towards an ideal design. He even let us know places where improvements weren't urgent, even if that meant Perdue making less money from us, which is an uncommon level of integrity. The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors. Overall, we'd highly recommend Perdue for any house siding and painting projects!"

"The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Very neat job, this was a porch rebuild with a small amount of decking. Workmanship is very good, would definitely hire them again!"

"Matt came out to estimate a replacement of out roof. NW Builders & Renovation not only replaced my roof, they also re-framed all rotten structure and replaced the plywood sheeting. The work was quick and professional, Now we are on a process to re-do my bathroom with the same project manager"

"The Rain City Exteriors Team recently did some work for a new school we opened in Bellevue WA. The front of the large building needed siding about three feet down to close a large gap from building to ground and it needed to match the existing exterior already in place from years back. Additionally, the job needed to be completed in an extremely short time frame. Not only did they complete the job quickly, they matched the existing siding to where you cannot tell the difference. They did an amazing job. Their product was superb, their trustworthiness and commitment to excellence over exceeded what I have seen with other companies. Thank you for a job well done! Eastside Children's Academy - Bellevue, WA."

"Abraham was on time, polite and thorough. He explained the process in detail and was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we have the roof replaced we will go with Pacific Exteriors."

"The guy who came to my house was very professional. He did not give me the hard sell, just the estimate from three different possibilities and left the rest to me."
