Raul came on the day we had scheduled & removed the old siding. He pointed out to me that the bottom of the cedar boards where the siding was to be attached was damp & we needed to wait a day for it to dry. He returned the next day & put up the siding as planned. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. "Marcio (the company owner) responded for a request for estimate immediately after I opened the project. He arrived right on time and provided a fair verbal quote for repairing and staining my 32-year-old cedar deck (420 square feet). A few days later, a Planet Builders employee arrived punctually with a fully-equipped van complete with company name and logo. He worked hard for eight hours and completed all tasks in one day instead of the two that Marcio quoted. He removed defective cedar deck boards, replaced a rotten beam, sanded, and applied two coats of stain to the deck and built-in benches. It looks better than it has in years! He hauled away all scrap and left my backyard clean. My only complaint (minor) was the lack of written quote which I requested via text and Marcio did not acknowledge. I recommend Planet Builders!"
