I opted for the upgraded unit and by 12:30 the same day the technician arrived to install a new water heater. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours and the workmanship is excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and would use them again. The one day service was a big plus."

Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"
