This is the 2nd time we worked with Avi and his team, after he helped us completely remodeled our existing house, we know he is the perfect guy for our phase II of building the addition to our house. After we got the plans approved back from the city Kris started to build my new space based on his design. We added a small kitchen with a living space and nice bathroom. "My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) From the very first consultation, Dani was straightforward, attentive, and genuinely listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Our bathroom was old, cramped, and honestly kind of embarrassing. Now it feels like a luxury spa — seriously! Dani's crew was polite, professional, and always cleaned up at the end of each day (which I hugely appreciated since we have little ones at home). The tile work is flawless, the new shower layout is so much more functional, and the modern design they suggested works beautifully in our space. There were a couple of small hiccups (as expected with any construction), but Dani handled them quickly and kept everything on schedule. We never felt in the dark. Can’t recommend D2A enough. "I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same."

"Kyle and his team are great people. Kyle is sincere, kind and knowledgeable in his field. His people came to work every day, never missed. They were on time, and the renovation was delivered as scheduled or earlier. The best thing about this company that they worked at my house until the job was finished. They worked from Monday thru Saturday, approx. 8-10 hours per day. The crew are all experienced, polite, and listened well as work progressed. The cost was reasonable, right on our planned budget. Thanks to Kyle and his men. Thanks to all the hard work, the clean up, the easy, laugh, and fun to talk to guys....the stress of going thru the renovation is now my enjoyment of the new bathroom (conversion from tub to standing shower), and amazing new kitchen.
