"I was concerned about having Seamless or anyone doing the foundation repair as the damage had existed for many years and involved the main support.  The project manager invited us to meet at another home currently having a similar repair to assure us that the team was capable of completing the repairs. <br /> All in all, we have been very pleased with the work done.  John, the project manager went out of his way to ensure my mother would be comfortable as each phase of the job was completed.   Each phase of the contract was well supervised and the quality of the work was very good.  <br /> We had a problem with the plumbing a couple of months after the repairs were completed.  Seamless came out that evening after 7:00 P.M. to correct the problem.  <br /> We highly recommend Seamless Restoration. <br />"

"I told them about the best sealant and they went and bought it and applied it. They applied exactly what I wanted to the four sides. I know this because I talked to the vice president the next week and he told me everything they did. They did come out on a day that I wasn't here and they used a clear sealant so it's hard to know if anything was actually done. So, that's why I called and and talked to the VP and he told me things you wouldn't know unless you were up there. I thought the price might have been a little high. They did everything they were supposed to. The one thing I wish they would have done is called and told me what day they were going to be here, I didn't know they had been here until I got the bill in the mail. I will probably be using them this spring."

"All items accomplished per discussion with service writer. The items were in response to an energy audit performed by Northeastern REMC, a free service to their customers. It took the workers a bit longer to accomplish all the work, but they didn't shortcut anything. In fact, they found an area that wasn't discussed while foaming the common wall and took care of it as well, as it just made sense to include it. I tipped each of the installers for their extra help. <br /> I could easily tell the comfort difference in every area they'd hit, both during the winter and the subsequent summer. I just hired them to fix another problem with the fireplace area that's been difficult to diagnose and look forward to them resolving the problem. <br />"

"Within a couple of minutes of requesting an estimate, Eric phoned to set up an appointment that day. During the estimate, Eric was very thorough and was climbing around in my crawlspace. The estimate was very competitive. Eric and Blake showed up on time and completed the job within the 5 hour time frame they gave us. They were very easy to work with and we have total confidence in the job they did. As a follow up, the inspector for the buyers of our house requested that the outdoor wire have a conduit put on it. Even though is was not needed in any way, as the wire was graded for outdoor use, Eric came out and put it on free of charge. If you need a radon mitigation system, hire Radon Fix! It's not a super exciting, fun thing to have done to your home, but you will feel good about the job that they do for you."

"Overall it went very well. The project took a total of 5 days (two were only half days due to scheduling of the concrete delivery and the final day was only half day due to completion). They arrived promptly each day with plenty of water for themselves since the weather was very hot and humid. They were polite and patient with my many questions and concerns. Even to the point of agreeing to fix the broken neck of my concrete goose! There were usually 3 workers each day-with the exception of the day of concrete pouring-when there were 7 workers. The additional workers were skilled in concrete working and finishing. The first 1 and 1/2 days were devoted to demolishing the old steps and sidewalk and the creation and set-up of the area for the new steps and sidewalk. The third day was devoted to the pouring, leveling, and creation of the steps and sidewalk. The last day and 1/2 was devoted to touch-up work on the steps and sidewalk, re-installing the house siding, landscaping and clean-up. We paid half of the fee after the completion of the first day and the rest when the project was fully completed. There were a couple of stumbling blocks-one side of the form for the steps blew out during the concrete pouring resulting in the right of the steps not being at an exactly 90 degree angle and the stencil on the sides and front of the steps did not work out exactly as planned-but not to the extent that I would think of the project as failed. We are very happy with the end result and have received compliments from everyone who was seen the finished product. We would definately hire them for future projects."
