Get matched with top traditional tile roofing installers and replacers in Seaside, CA

"Replacing a roof is a big job. my roof was part TPO and part asphalt shingle. I like the honesty and integrity of this company. Also the quality of the materials and installation. I feel confident that my roof was done right."

"The project is not quite done. I am awaiting a gutter replacement which should happen over the next couple of days. The roof itself is done and looks beautiful. I was contacted by Journey Builders a day or two after I submitted a request on Angi.com. Yero came out and inspected my 25 year old roof, telling me it would be probably be October before they could schedule it (inspection was June 7th, 20224). When he called in to see when they could schedule it, they had a cancellation and knocked $5000 off the price if I was willing to start the next day. Exactly 7 days later almost to the hour the roof has been installed! Way sooner than I expected. Yero was totally pleasant and very low pressure as opposed to the estimator from another company who had visited my home the prior day and spent 3 hours trying to sell me a really expensive roof with car salesman tactics. I recommend Journey Builders highly."

"Premier Roofing & Retro-FIt was by far the best decision I have made after having 3 different estimates from different companies. They were very clean and did a great job cleaning up after the demolition work. I would definitely recommend Premier Roofing for anyone looking for a roof replacement."

"Good customer care, handles change orders well and good sub-flooring, window installation and on the fly construction know-how!"

"When my insurance company warned me that my policy would be cancelled unless I replaced my aging roof, I reached out to several companies for estimates. Atom Builders immediately stood out from the rest, thanks to their project manager, Mike. My house, being quite old, had wood shake roofing, which I learned from Mike is no longer permitted in California due to its hazardous nature and propensity for leaks. Mike's expertise and explanation of the situation were exceptional, providing clarity and reassurance during a stressful time. Choosing Atom Builders was an easy decision. They were not only professional and thorough but also remarkably efficient. The entire project, including obtaining all necessary permits and passing inspections, was completed within one week. The quality of work was outstanding, and they handled everything with utmost professionalism. If you're facing any roofing issues or need work done around your house, I highly recommend Atom Builders as your first and on"

"If I could provide a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. First, obtaining a quote was incredibly prompt and super informative. Mr. Pete, took the time to explain what our roof needed AND even what it didn't need. He provided different options on how to fix and repair parts of our roof. He made this entire process completely non-stressful. Mr. Pete is an honest and trustworthy person and I would hire him again in the future."

"Very professional and very good at their job. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for work to be done to their roof!"

"Excellent experience. From initial contact to completed project, we were kept up to date with work in progress, additional repairs that were discovered once the old roof was removed, updated costs, options and updated completion date. Great, friendly service"
