"The one concern that I have is their follow through. They did an very good job of fixing and describing what was the problem for one of my shades draw change. I also requested that they take window measurement for the purchase of simple blinds for one window. The service guy did take measurement and I selected a color. He indicated that someone else would call or send me a quote for my decision to buy or not. It has been two weeks and I have not seen via email, text or phone regarding an estimate for purchase."
