"Johnsons and Sons, once again, make the vision a realty. New floors, cabinets, countertops, paint, lighting in our Laundry Room/Mud Room-entryway (and new fireplace!). Top to bottom: perfect. Vic's communication throughout the project never left us guessing who was coming when and what we could expect on a day-to-day basis. He was always very clear on the cost and timing, no surprises. Jon gets the work DONE; I'm not sure there's anything he cannot do. And Tony . . . his tile work is second to none. We've asked Tony to tackle many and varied tile projects; his attention to detail has never left us disappointed and his finished product has always been the highlight. The Johnson and Sons subs (flooring, drywall, paint, electrical) are courteous, professional, and timely. When things are "missed" or overlooked (as ALWAYS happens with ANY project), the subs promptly return to get the work done, never a problem. Two more rooms to go and Johnson and Sons will have touched every room of our house."

"Overall, we are pleased with the results - our house has really been transformed. The mill work is beautiful, and we had drawers and shelves built in to our master bedroom area that we are very pleased with. I recommend hiring a designer and having that worked out ahead of time. There were several quality issues (getting things level, window trim and tiling work in bathrooms); however my understanding is that this is not typical and due to some new crew members and the project manager being over capacity. The owners have been great to work with - responsive and very patient with our cumbersome loan process (even when it meant delay in payment to them by several weeks). They have been working with us to make sure quality issues get addressed and have been instilled confidence in us about the degree to which they stand behind their work."

"?????????????????? This is our first project Bello. The first was a small bath redo that included floor leveling and bringing a 1960?s bathroom totally up to date. The team did an excellent job. We then contracted Bello for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. The materials and colors offered and the selections are beautiful. The cabinetry is high quality. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level."

"Working with Puget Sound BNR was a great decision for my renovation project. Isaac demonstrated professionalism from beginning to end and made sure every aspect of the work met high standards. Isaac kept me informed about progress, answered my questions promptly, and ensured everything stayed on schedule. The quality of the finished work was outstanding, and the attention to detail was clear in every room. I appreciate the dedication and commitment shown throughout the project and would gladly recommend Puget Sound BNR to others seeking quality craftsmanship."

"Allan is a highly skilled, hard-working, smart, reliable and honest contractor who attends to details—and has a great sense of humor. He did most of the work himself but also hired and worked well with sub-contractors. He started with our garage, creating plans for a remodel with the help of an architect and then precisely implemented those plans. He went on to demolish our old kitchen (to the studs and sub-floor) and rebuild it, according to architectural blueprints. The job required reframing three windows, building walls, putting in a new fir floor, installing cabinetry and a very heavy but beautiful hood/vent, installing appliances, tiling and painting walls, window frames and a box-beam ceiling. A complicated part of the job was building a permanent buffet with rounded corners and tempered glass inserts which he did well. He also built walls and laid flooring in our laundry room. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Allan, and we’re hoping to be able to work with him again on future projects."

"The eight month long addition and kitchen remodel went well due entirely to the stellar work ethic and efforts of the personnel who were onsite each and every day. We were very happy with the subs and crew that Excel General Contractor uses. The crew were professional, punctual, and took great care with the details. We had complete faith in Oscar, who primarily led our project, and his team. The final product is beautiful and we are so happy we decided to move forward with such a big project."

"Alex and his team were awesome! They were able to get multiple projects, including lighting installed, stove repaired, dryer venting fixed, exterior bldg repair, and door latch repaired within a week of our initial consultation. Their communication and professionalism were top notch."

"We recently worked with Johnson Custom Builders to complete a total remodel of our master bathroom and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We interviewed about 5 companies for the job, and it was clear from the start that working with the owner at JCB was a perfect match for us. This was our first major renovation, and we were anxious about...basically everything! We worked directly with the owner, and he made sure that we knew exactly what to expect at every point of the process. He encouraged us to dream big and then figured out ways to value engineer a solution that was closer to our budget. He brought experts into the project and was very respectful of our home and our family while the project was in process. He was the perfect blend of consultant, designer, builder, project manager, and sometimes even a mediator (!) when we couldn't agree on things. We are excited to continue remodeling our home in the coming years and wouldn't dream of using anyone other than JCB."

"I recently had my bathroom renovated, and I'm completely in love with the outcome! The tile work is gorgeous, and the new vanity is ideal. The entire process was stress-free because the team was on time and considerate of my personal space."
