We applied for permits for all major projects, and Bo took care of them for us. They also have a warranty, so if anything goes wrong, he'd be happy to come back and fix it. Bo keeps his promises and is very patient. One of our ovens wasn't working right out of the box, and he took it out and re-installed it (and the replacement) many times.
