"We have had them for years and everything was ok until last winter when we were we were out of town for months. One of our inside sensors went bad and kept going off, had technician out several times. Even though it was supposedly fixed, it kept going off and police coming out twice, having to have neighbor go in to turn it off. We were unable to control the system from our phone app as it wouldn?t sync and technician didn?t know how to do it for iPhone. So, no control for months. We have our water totally shut off while gone. To top it off, we came home to a plugged up toilet because the tech had crapped in our toilet and tried to flush it. There is solid waste and toilet paper stuck in the toilet. Owner says tech says he flushed and watched it go down. Tech was only person in house during time we were gone. You decide?I?m pretty upset. "

"I bought an $8000 TV from Ty and paid him almost $6000 to install it and run the cabling. Then I paid him another $2400 to move it and reinstall it when we moved. I referred business to him. My son got us a Sonos soundbar and so I called Ty for assistance setting it up;. He said, "You didn't buy the Sonos from me so you're out of luck." What s**t service. I'll never do business with him again. Will never support such an ungrateful and unethical business."
