"I was thrilled with Heart's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing recent visit to my home. Their serviceman, Mark Sanger, appeared on Sept. 14th, 2020 and very quickly figured out that I just needed a large screw tightened to stop the leak under my sink. He quickly fixed it and THERE WAS NO CHARGE . It had been leaking a lot and had saturated parts of my carpet. He gave me advice that with my older home I would eventually need to replace that screw, but that I should not do it until required, as it was an expensive part. He gave me great general advice about my sink and pipes, worked quickly and efficiently, and EARNED A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I appreciate that I was given updates about his exact arrival time on the day of the appointment and they also gave online personal information and a PICTURE of the repairman coming to my house. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly.
