"Lance did foundation repair consisting of adding a deadman anchor system along one of our poured concrete foundation walls. Lance was right on time to provide the initial quote, provided the quote that day and was competitively priced. He was able to schedule us within 1 week and completed all of the work ahead of time, which was amazing. We were very happy with the quality of work. Also, Lance cleaned and swept up everything in the basement after he was done. Lance checked with us several times to make sure we were happy with the quality of work. •        Frank's team at Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement identified that my cracked basement wall and fireplace foundation had settled 1 1/2" along one side of my home, and needed 12 piers installed to lift and stabilize the foundation to prevent further cracking.    Frank provided a competitive estimate for pier jacking, based on other pier jacking I had had done on a front porch and laundry room slab, but he used a far more sophisticated technology than the other company I had used in the past.
•        They first removed a 560 sq foot cedar deck, then excavated with a Bobcat down to the base of the foundation wall.   The gentleman running the excavator operated with surgical precision, leaving a clean wall and trench for the next phase.   They preserved the shrubs I wanted saved, and the only ancillary damage was a pinched gas line for my bbq, which Frank had repaired immediately after the job was completed.   My wife was impressed that they salvaged the deck boards and reused them for roof joists on another project, and salvaged the old bricks from an underlying brick patio and provided them to another who needed a patio but could not afford bricks. 
•       The pier jacking involved driving 12 heavy steel pipes down to the solid subground (not down to bedrock) using a hydraulic press, then using those same presses and hydraulic rams to lift the foundation of the home 1 1/2 inches when all of the pipes were in place.  They then bolted and welded the pipes to the lifting flanges, making the lift permanent, and cut off the excess pipe.  The team brought in a Bobcat front loader to backfill the excavation after putting a waterproof sealant on the outside of the exposed basement wall, again operating it with surgical precision.  
•       Through the entire process, Frank and his team communicated what they were doing, and met the schedule that they had proposed.   The site was left very clean, with all of the debris removed and the area of the lawn that was covered with excavated debris was scraped clean and ready for reseeding. 
•       Frank was very responsive to my questions throughout the process, and left me with no surprises.   I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement for any foundation work needed.

Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. Expensive, yes, but quality work usually is AND worth it!! My hat is off to Alejandro and his crew. They were very careful to put down paper so as not to track mud into our home. They were very careful so as not to disturb the cable wires running along the foundation. These guys were just great, Thank you."

"They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."
