"Cannot recommend Phelps Precision Innovations LLC enough. They did a complete overhaul of our newly acquired and previously poorly maintained log cabin. It looks brand new but with the same authentic log cabin character Greer is known for. Loren & Titus are conscientious and do the job the right way without any shortcuts. They are easy to work with, have great communication and are talented in construction and remodeling. I am beyond pleased and could not ask for anything more!"

"Aaron did an awesome job. I have never had a remodel project go so well. All the work was first class and done in a timely matter. He was in constant communication with me. I would highly recommend Aaron Schwarder."

"Jeff was a true professional from the moment we spoke. He’s honest and fair in his pricing. His quote to replace my vanity and fix my bathroom shower were exactly what I was looking for. Jeff was reliable and showed up when he said he would and gave me ideas on how to improve and better utilize the space I was working with. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone done with contractors who overcharge and who take forever to get the job done. I will definitely call Jeff again when I am ready to remodel my kitchen."

"We had an outstanding experience remodeling our Sedona home with RJWC Development. Ryan and his team handled everything—permits, architectural design, and interior design—which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They guided us every step of the way with professionalism, creativity, and clear communication. The result exceeded our expectations. "Absolutely love how my bathroom remodel turned out! The team at Shepherd Contracting was super professional and made the whole process so easy. They worked fast but didn’t cut any corners, and everything looks amazing. Communication was great the whole way through, and they actually stuck to the timeline (which never happens with renovations lol). Plus, they kept everything really clean, which I totally appriciated. If you’re thinking about remodeling, I 100% recommend them!"

"He came when I was there, and I showed him all the things I wanted and renovated. I told him I wanted the estimate broken down, because they are different projects. One is outside of the house, and then another on the inside of the house, and then I also have a garage that was converting, and I haven't gotten all the stuff. He has contacted me, and has given me a partial. He has to get all the subcontractors out and get the specific people to tell him how much they will charge. He has access to the house through the realtor, so he can let specific people in to go and see there for the estimates. I haven't made a decision yet. He has been responsive to any questions. He had a good rating on Angie's List. He originally told me he would have the quotes to me before the end of the year, but he didn't. He did call me though. He responded, and we corresponded, and he seems to be good, but I don't have enough experience yet. "

"Joshua was absolutely great! He is an excellent communicator and did a fantastic job with the electrical projects related to our master bath remodel. I highly recommend him and will call him again for future projects."
