"This is the worst sprinkler company we have ever used. They used to be much better. We needed to have our system reinstalled after a year of disuse, as well as our control box. There was a lot going on here when they came out, and I never did monitor them. We xeriscaped our front yard and wanted to convert that to used less water. They charged us over $1000 to convert to higher sprays, but they kept finding leaks and the price kept going up. They were supposed to check our back and side yards too, but since they were here, several heads have broken off. Why didn't they do a proper inspection? Also they reinstalled my control box and it cannot be manually controlled, or programmed. When these leaks in the back happened, they charged me $100 to fix one pipe and replace a head (they claimed it had checked before and charged me to come out and do a replacement. WHY DIDN'T THEY DO A COMPLETE CHECK AND ESTIMATE THE FIRST TIME? I HAD ALSO THOUGHT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON AN INITIAL VISIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. I mentioned this during the working visit and told me that it would cost me $6,000 or more--and this was AFTER they fixed some leaks."

"Was contacted by the Owner (Rick) and he sent out a technician Travis Joslin. He was very professional, friendly, and knew his job very well! Since I hadn't used my system in a couple of years he checked everything out and he was honest and let me know that the system was in much better shape than what I thought it was. He only needed to replace a couple of the sprinkler heads and redirect a few more. I had a zone that wasn't providing enough water in one of my zones and needed to get another head installed and I also requested to get Drip lines installed into my flower bed. I made another appointment and Travis came out again; completed the work and I'm very satisfied with how my system is working. I would recommend this company if you're having any issues with your sprinkler system!! The company will return your phone calls, if an appointment is made they will show up on time, and if your tech is Travis expect Outstanding, Quality Work!!! I highly recommend this company and will use them for any sprinkler issue I may have in the future!!!"

Today was no different, John was on-time and quickly identified all the problems, got them fixed and we are back in operation. "Unfortunately I am sorry to say that after years of using this company we have had to leave and find another. Up until this year they were fair and reasonable. Our most recent project we were told would include rerouting our main sprinkler line and was cost prohibitive so we were advised by Dickinson to go a different route that would not mean moving anything. We did what they advised and were charged for a service call. Once our deck project was completed we called them back out to change our sprinkler heads and finish the project. They came out and changed 2 of the 5 heads, charged us another service fee, then said they would return later. On the 3rd visit, they changed out the other 3 heads, charged us yet another call and the project was finally completed. We were told that we would receive an invoice with total prices on it. When I paid, the total was over $120 more than invoiced. I called the owner because I thought maybe there had been a double billing Mistake and he told me “no” that was the price and I should be content because it was less than rerouting my entire main line. The job should have been charging one consult and one visit. The fact that the serviceman decided to break it up into 2 visits is unprofessional and should not charge an extra $120 visit fee. No lines were dug or moved, one was shortened by 12” with a head change, 4 other heads were changed. Charging over $530 for less than 2 hours worth of work and a few heads is unrealistic. I do not recommend using this company anymore since their methods and customer care has taken such a change."
