"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. Personally, they were conscientious, diligent and trustworthy, as well as patient, friendly and kind, including with very curious twin five year olds there several afternoons a week. "

"We had wind driven rain water seeping in through the masonry on the front of our house. I contacted Disciple Masonry based on numerous positive reviews, and w weren't disappointed. From start to finish, the experience was great. Joey responded quickly to my initial call, and came out to provide a plan of action. They would repoint the mortar joints in the area outside. Inside, parging and waterproofing paint were applied. All commitments were kept, and Scott did an excellent job. His workmanship clearly demonstrated he has a great deal of pride in his work. I was impressed to find that new mulch was applied to work area outside after the masonry work was completed. That's attention to detail. Dan, and Nathan were also helpful with keeping me informed about weather related issues, and answering questions. All in all, it was a great experience. "After getting about half a dozen quotes, we ultimately decided to go with Home Genius Exteriors. They were the most expensive of all the options, but we chose them because we knew exactly what we wanted, and they clearly understood our requirements. The process began with Lois, who was extremely helpful with all the initial paperwork. Then Alyssa took over and was consistently in touch with us—updating us on the schedule and rescheduling as needed due to weather delays. On install day, the crew showed up bright and early at 7 AM—just as promised. They got started right away. All materials and the dumpster had already been delivered days in advance, so there were no delays. They quickly set up tarps around the house and began removing the old shingles and boards—we opted for a full deck replacement. Joe, the project manager, stayed in contact via phone and text, letting me know he’d be arriving a bit later. That wasn’t an issue at all because his foreman, Ivan, had everything well under control. Once Joe arrived, we discussed a few things, and some minor adjustments were made based on my requests. The entire process was smooth—Joe was professional and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew finished around 4 PM, and then spent nearly 90 minutes on cleanup, making sure no nails were left behind—especially on the driveway. Overall, we're very happy with the service provided by Lois, Alyssa, Joe, and Ivan. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
