"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. "Would only communicate via email. Never returned my calls. Scheduling was a problem. Wanted to be present for the review/quoting of the driveway as there were cracks that I thought needed filling. Tried to call after first application of sealant. The edges were not covered. The second application was better, but there are still a few spots that are thinly covered. The areas with the small cracks were coated thicker and appear okay. Sealant is supposed to last 3 years. Time will tell if the sealant holds up as well as the stuff sold at Home Depot."
