"I have a garage that is partially underground and gets damp, musty and has standing puddles on the floor when it rains. <br>AJ came out and spent a good amount of time with my contractor and I on the day that he came out to look at the situation in my garage. <br>He told us several different methods for dealing with the issues. I decided to go with an interior french drain and sump pump as it was less expensive then exterior excavation. He also even told my contractor about a material that we could use on the block walls, DYI instead of hiring his company to completely waterproof the walls to save additional money. <br>His wife provided us with a clearly written estimate via email after AJ's review of the building. After talking with 2 other companies and getting their estimates I decided to go with AJ  Waterproofing. <br>We scheduled the work and AJ and his crew showed up on time and worked neatly and diligently to install the french drain, sump pump and also another grated drain that runs along the front of the garage to catch water when I hose down the interior. Every thing that they did was very nicely done - clean straight lines, no dirt or rubble remaining around the job site. At the end they hosed and scrubbed both the floor and even applied an anti-microbial to the walls. <br>"

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

"Ben was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and gave us the best scenario to have township respond to sewer issue on a Sunday (call 9-1-1 to dispatch Public Works.) "Valdel provided an appointment time say day. Tim arrived on time and called when he was within 30 minutes of the house. He was extremely courteous and professional. He assessed the existing sump pump and explained that it was not of great quality (contractor grade) and recommended replacing over repairing as there was no guarantee that it could be repaired. He replaced the sump pump on the same visit and then showed me all of its features and how to troubleshoot if there were any problems in the future. He cleaned the work area after he was finished and always covered his boots when walking through the house to get to the basement. The pump was operating well and flushing water out regularly and shutting off as it should. However, we noticed a thud sound each time the pump flushed water out that we had never heard before. I called Valdel back and explained the concern the next day and Tim return promptly to address the concern. He determined that it was the back flow valve that was causing the thud sound and replaced that valve with a new, and better valve at no cost to me, that closed more softly and quietly each time the pump flushed the water out. The pump has now been running perfectly for over a week and is silent. I was so impressed with Valdel's responsiveness and communication and with Tim's punctuality, professionalism, problem solving, and communication. In the end, everything is working as it should and the process from start to finish was very positive. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to our friends. Thanks Anne"

"Marshall came into our home with no heat, the installed a new heat pump we&#39;ve never owned and a new furnace for our winter warm heat and installed a needed return vent. Carlos, George and Tom did a wonderful job, they never stopped moving. When l called Sunday morning Alyssa had her service man here 2 hours later. Sunday morning was 20 degrees and we had no heat.
