"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. "The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."
