"Overall the whole group from Burns Powerwashing were excellent to deal with they showed up on time and were very professional in the way they performed their job. The coating looks great and with their guaranteed work I know it will last. They went above the normal "job" requirements and we are very pleased. If we have another need for the Powerwashing we will call Todd and his crew to come back."

"I hired them for exterior, and just interior on patio doors. There were soapy water droplets left on the tile floor by the patio doors. This tells me they are just not as careful as my previous window cleaner. Also, they turned off my water to the entire house TWICE, once after I had shown them which was the spigot dial and which was for the whole house! Barely 4.0 service for the amount they charge."

"They did a good job :)"

"It could not have gone better. Aaron Trail of Aaron Trail Contracting came to the house a couple of times prior to beginning work. He made sure he understood the color scheme and what colors were going where. He got up on the roof and made sure he knew exactly where repairs were needed. His pricing was most fair. It was a rather complicated job using three bold colors. ATC arrived on the job ready to work, right when he said he would be there. All prep work was done quickly, each surface not to be painted was taped and covered in plastic, including two large patio areas. No sloppy paintwork anywhere! Touch ups were few and professionally done. You can tell ATC takes pride in the work. They are artists with color, and they use high quality paint. Aaron explained the different brands pro and con. We chose Dunn Edwards in eggshell finish. The colors are luscious. They also sprayed the old wicker patio furniture to match the house and I can't tell you how fabulous it looks! The roof repairs were done, and I have no doubt, with the next rain, there'll not be a leak. It was a pleasure to work with Aaron Trail. I highly recommend him and his crew, Coronado and Milo, and will never use anyone else, the job went that well. All men were gentlemen, polite and friendly and utterly professional.

"Very professional, punctual, courteous and reasonably priced. The company was very concerned about me being satisfied. They showed up prepared with all the tools necessay to perform the job. Cleaned up behind themselves and completed on time. I was extremely satisfied with the job and the level of competence. I would definitely hire them again."

"We hired DePiro to clean the entire house after a messy, dusty renovation project. They were responsive, they gave a detailed quote for all of the work we needed, they were on time, and they finished the job quickly. They also had a tile cleaning machine available, which meant I only needed one crew; I didn't have to schedule house cleaners and then tile cleaners. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they missed some high areas such as above the fridge, top of the closet shelf, but they fixed these before leaving. I highly recommend and will use them again."
