Hello! My name is Landon, and I’m the owner of Prime Property Solutions, a local handyman business serving the area. I specialize in home repairs, maintenance, small remodeling projects, and general improvements.

I can do a little bit of everything from H-vac servicing to plumbing to carpentry to remodeling work just looking for some extra side work to help some people out when I’m not working my full-time job

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Did an outstanding job, very professional. "Great guys to work with"."

"They did remodeling work for me. Honest, trustworthy & dependable! I recommend them all the time!"

"Great Job definitely would hire again"
