Josh always does things the right way and I can trust his work and also for him to stand behind his work if anything has to be changed. They have done many jobs for me, They are very trustworthy and reliable. They may not show up on time always but that means they are busy helping someone else in an emergency and I trust they will do the same for me someday when needed. Josh needs to be cloned, there needs to be more than one of him. I am very happy to have found them and I feel very lucky to consider them part of my team."

"David Evans was the technician who did the work and if there was a 5+++ rating he would get it! He was very careful to remove the broken tile without breaking or damaging any of the good tiles that were cemented on the other sides. This was very time consuming and he did a fabulous job. He was outstanding and then he laid the new tile very efficiently. The floor now is complete and it looks outstanding! I was so stressed about this job since I only had a few of the original tiles left so it was vital that other tiles didn't get damaged. Now that it is over, I am the happiest person on earth! Thank you David so much for your professional outstanding work!!! Grout Medic should be thrilled that you are on their staff! I also want to thank Shannon and Brandon for setting up my work very quickly. Chris also stopped in at the end of the day to help with setting the tile work. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Gerael and team were amazing. I found him on Angi and they completely demoed and retiled our entire 2,500 SF home in Tierra Verde. From there they completely remade our master bathroom shower and tub area with marble tile. In addition to great workmanship Gerael, never missed a start date and once they started, they did not stop until the job was completed unlike so many other contractors that i have dealt with that over promise and under deliver. I highly recommend Batz Tile!!!"

John with KF Flooring came in and turned the mess into a beautiful home! They are very knowledgeable, professional and HONEST! John rearranged his schedule to help us since we had to leave our home for 3 weeks due to the previous installers mess. I highly recommend KF Flooring and truly appreciate all they have done for us!"
