Also, I got no detailed report on the multi part inspection that supposedly came with my heater flush. "I had All American Services come out to give me an estimate on my garage door for repair because my wife decided to drive through the door instead of waiting for it to raise! Mike came out and showed me all the structural damage and went over all my options for repair. Mike made it very easy and understandable for me on my options and what to do. After consideration we decided to go with a new door. That’s when the Manager Jonathan got involved to help me with designing and picking out my new door with all the options out there he worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted and kept the project below budget! Both Mike and Jonathan were very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. All American Services is the first company that would stay in contact easily throughout the whole process and did what they said they would and was very speedy. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
